About Alana

Hi, my name is Jared, and I am Alana’s husband, and manager of “the books” here at Spa Alana. We thought it would be nice if I wrote the “About Spa Alana” section, and it will give me the opportunity to gloat over my wife for a few minutes, so why not?

Did you ever meet a person who you thought is beautiful inside and out? Well, that is my wife Alana, and let me tell you, her beauty is contagious. Over the 6 years we have been married, I have watch her grow her small skin care business in dana point to a large fully functioning day spa, featuring over 100 lines of skin care. So here is the crazy thing, last year we had an exponential growth year and guess what… She was pregnant almost the full year!

Yes, our new baby boy Malachi Robert Mitchell was born last November, what a joy. In my short experience in this industry, I have noticed that not all estheticians have college degrees. In fact, some do not have high school diplomas. Alana has her degree in Business marketing with a minor in Biblical Studies. As you can imagine, this is why spa alana is the fastest growing day spa in dana point.
